退耕还林对农户劳动力就业的影响

The Effect of Returning Farmland to Forest on Peasant Household Labor Force Employment

站在退耕还林措施的时空角度上,本次研究针对开展退耕还林工程对农村劳动力就业方面带来的影响进行探究。退耕还林工程导致农村劳动力转移,农村劳动力开始朝着第二产业和第三产业转移,农村产业架构因此而受到影响。

Based on the spatial-temporal perspective of the policy of returning farmland to forest,this study discussed the spatial-temporal differences of the impact of the implementation of returning farmland to forest project on the employment of farmers'labor force.The conversion of farmland to forest project resulted in the partial transfer of peasant household labor force with certain stability,and the employment began to change from agriculture to secondary and tertiary industry,which moderately affected the employment structure of peasant household labor force.
