农村基层党组织建设是党在农村一线全部工作和战斗力的基础,直接关系到党的执政基础和农村的稳定发展。近年来,在脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的新形势下,从中央到地方,为基层党组织建设出台了一系列新的政策和举措,如“三项制度”、基层党建工作保障机制、流动党员管理措施等。为农村的各项发展提供了坚实可靠的组织保障和制度保障。

The construction of rural grass-roots party organizations is the basis of all the work and combat effectiveness of the Party in rural areas,which is directly related to the ruling foundation of the Party and the stable development of the countryside.In recent years,under the new situation of overcoming poverty and attacking key points and revitalizing the countryside,a series of new policies and measures have been issued for the construction of grass-roots party organizations from the central to the local level,such as the"three systems",the guarantee mechanism for grass-roots party building work,and the management measures for floating party members.For the development of rural areas to provide a solid and reliable organizational and institutional protection.
