盾构法穿越基岩凸起及上软下硬地层时的施工风险分析及技术研究

摘要 本文以厦门市地铁2号线为例,介绍了城市地铁中基岩凸起段和上软下硬地层的盾构法施工技术,分析了盾构法施工技术在不同地层的掘进参数和注意事项。通过在工程施工前期全面进行地质勘查工作,积极探究工程地质条件,并有计划的进行刀具更换,合理选取掘进参数,可以有效保证该工程的土建施工质量。 In the process of research,this article takes Xiamen Metro Line 2 as an example,specifically introduces the shield construction technology of the raised section of the bedrock and the upper soft and lower hard strata of the urban subway,and analyzes and discusses the construction technology of the shield method.Tunneling parameters and precautions for different formations.In this way,by doing a comprehensive geological survey in the early stage of the construction of the project,actively exploring the geological conditions of the project,and planned tool replacement,and reasonable selection of the tunneling parameters,the quality of the civil construction of the project can be effectively guaranteed.
