在当前国际工程市场上,EPC总承包模式是较为流行的合同模式之一。在国内,大型工程项目也越来越多地采取这种合同模式,当前承包商综合能力参差不齐,设计管理能力不足是EPC总承包管理不能达到预期目标的主要原因。基于此,本文分析了EPC工程总承包模式下的项目设计管理,以供参考。

In the current international engineering market,EPC general contracting mode is one of the more popular contract modes.In China,more and more large-scale projects adopt this contract mode,the comprehensive capability of contractors is uneven,the lack of design management ability is the main reason why EPC general contract management can not achieve the expected objectives.Based on this,this paper studies and analyzes the project design management under the EPC mode,for reference.
