城市空间拓展与土地资源管理的措施与政策

Measures and Policies of Urban Space Expansion and Land Resources Management

随着时代的发展,城市化建设对于土地资源的需求量逐渐增大,但土地资源总量是有限的,不断地开发利用使得城镇土地资源越来越紧缺,因此必须提高土地资源的利用效率,拓展城市可用空间。基于此,本文分析了城市空间拓展与土地资源管理的措施和政策,以期推动对城市空间的科学化使用。

With the development of the times,the demand of urbanization for land resources is gradually increasing,but the total amount of land resources is limited.Continuous development and utilization makes urban land resources more and more scarce.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the utilization efficiency of land resources and expand urban available space.Based on this,this paper analyzes the measures and policies of urban space expansion and land resource management,in order to promote the scientific use of urban space.
