摘要
工程项目建设中,对于PPP项目来说常常存在项目投入大、建设周期长的特点,在融资过程中,需要对不同融资方式进行有效管控,明确融资过程中存在的风险类型,制定可靠的风险防范对策,从而保障PPP项目融资的顺利进行。
During the construction of the project,for PPP projects there are often characteristics of large investment and long construction period,in the process of financing,it is necessary to effectively control different financing methods,identify the types of risks in the financing process,formulate reliable risk prevention countermeasures,ensure the smooth financing of PPP projects.
