高职院校工业机器人应用专业培养体系研究 被引量:2

摘要 为适应新时期高职工业机器人应用专业学生的心理特点,以及企业对高职院校工业机器人应用专业人才的需求,对高职院校工业机器人应用专业培养体系进行研究。依托“校厂一体、工学结合,产学合一”校内实训平台和高职院校机器人专业校企合作网状项目教学法,改革高职院校工业机器人应用专业教学组织方式和学习模式,同时针对工业机器人专业学生进入企业后对企业各项机能、机制不熟悉的问题,提出由校企合作企业专业技术人员和校内教师共同开设讲座,给学生吃“杂粮”的辅助培养模式,形成高职院校机器人专业校企合作的新型培养模式。高职院校工业机器人应用专业培养体系的改革,促进了体系化、综合化课程培养体系的建立,提升了学生的综合实践技能,为区域性职业院校机器人专业的建设提供了参考。 In order to adapt to the psychological characteristics of students of Industrial Robot Application Major in the higher vocational college in the new era,and to the demand on talents of Industrial Robot Application Major in the higher vocational college from the enterprise,the research explores the training system of Industrial Robot Application Major in the higher vocational college.Through relying on the campus training platform of“the integration of the school and factory,combination of enterprise and school,and integration of industry and school”,and reticulation project teaching method of the cooperation between school and enterprise of Robot Major in the higher vocational college,teaching organization and study mode of Industrial Robot Application Major in the higher vocational college is reformed.According to the unfamiliarity of all functions and mechanism of students of Industrial Robot Major,the paper proposes that professionals in the enterprise and teachers in the school can make lectures together under the cooperation of the school and enterprise,to adopt assisting training mode of mixed teaching,and to form the new training mode of the cooperation of the school and enterprise of Industrial Robot Major in the higher vocational college.The training system reform of Industrial Robot Major in the higher vocational college has promoted the establishment of systematic and comprehensive course training system,the student comprehensive practical skill,and provided references for the Robot Major construction of the regional vocational college.
