基于生源多样化的高职院校学生心理健康状况及对策研究——以南京城市职业学院为例

Research of Psychological Health Status of Higher Vocational College Students and the Countermeasures Based on Diversity of Student Sources——Through Taking Nanjing City Vocational College as an Example

采用随机抽样法对南京城市职业学院2019级统招和非统招学生进行问卷调查,以大学生心理普查问卷为测量工具,进行统计学分析,分别对比不同入学方式学生之间的心理健康水平差异。统招生在人格特质维度上的得分显著低于对口单招生得分(P<0.05);统招生在生活事件维度上的得分显著高于对口单招生得分(P<0.05);统招生在社会支持维度上的得分显著高于对口单招生得分(P<0.05);统招生在抑郁水平上的得分显著低于对口单招生得分(P<0.05)。统招生与非统招生的心理健康状况存在差异性,心理健康教育工作内容应因材施教。

Questionnaire survey of non-unified and unified recruitment students of 2019 year in Nanjing City Vocational College is done through random sampling method.Through taking general psychological survey of college students as the measuring tool,statistical analysis is done,and difference of psychological health level of students from different recruitment sources is compared.Score of personal characteristics of unified recruitment students is significantly lower than individual recruitment students(P<0.05).Score of life events of unified recruitment students is significantly higher than individual recruitment students(P<0.05).Score of social support of unified recruitment students is significantly higher than individual recruitment students(P<0.05).And score of depression of unified recruitment students is significantly lower than individual recruitment students(P<0.05).There is difference in psychological health situation between unified and non-unified recruitment students,so during psychological health education,we should teach students in accordance with their aptitudes.
