摘要 为提升高校教师信息化教学素养,改善教学效果,以更好地适应未来教育与信息技术结合的需要,对云教学混合教学模式下的教师角色及素质要求进行探讨。基于云教学混合教学模式不受时间和空间限制的特点,分析教师在云教学混合教学模式中担任的角色,提出云教学混合教学模式对教师素质的要求,即应具备在专业教学中融入课程思政的能力,具备依托网络资源整合、设计开发课程的能力,具备一定的教学管理创新能力,以此提升教师的综合素养,改善教学效果。在云教学混合教学模式下,通过教育教学与信息化教育的融合,能够帮助教师了解学情,因材施教,改善教学效果,促进教育教学的长远发展。 In order to improve the information teaching literacy of college teachers,promote teaching effect,and better adapt to the combination demand of future education and information technology,the research explores the teacher role and quality requirement based on cloud blended teaching mode.Based on the characteristics unlimited by time and space of cloud blended teaching mode,the research analyzes the teacher role in cloud blended teaching mode,proposes the requirements of cloud blended teaching mode on teacher literacy,i.e.ability of the integration of ideological ability into professional teaching,ability of design and development of courses based on network resource integration,and the ability of teaching management innovation,in order to promote teacher comprehensive literacy,and improve teaching effect.Under cloud blended teaching mode,the integration of information teaching into education teaching can help teachers to understand study situation,teach students in accordance of their aptitude,improve teaching effect,and promote the long-term development of education and teaching.
