系统性培养本科医学生科研能力探究——以昆明医科大学海源学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 以昆明医科大学海源学院为例对系统性培养本科医学生科研能力进行探究,发现学生对科研的认知度不够,学生缺乏学习自主性,院校科研能力培养的系统性不够。针对这些问题,通过实践、分析、调整计划等方式总结出了培养国内五年制本科医学生科研能力的主要措施,即通过必修课课程设置、设立科研导师制、建立评估机制、培养科研创新能力等举措建立系统性的本科医学生科研能力培养体系,以期打造出基础扎实、知识面宽、能力强、素质高和具有创新精神和基础科研能力的应用型临床医学人才。 Through taking Kunming Medical University Haiyuan College as an example,the research explores the systematic training of scientific research ability of undergraduate medical students,and finds some problems,including the insufficient student cognition of scientific research,lack of learning autonomy and not enough systematicness of college scientific research of the college.Through practice,analysis and adjustment of the plan,the main countermeasures of scientific research ability of five-year undergraduate medical students in China are summarized,i.e.the establishment of systematic training system of undergraduate college students scientific research ability,in order to establish applied clinical medical talent team with strong basics,wide knowledge range,strong ability,high-quality literacy,creative spirit and basic scientific research ability.
