Development Situation and Countermeasures of Private Undergraduate Colleges in Guangdong Province Under the Background of the Construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

粤港澳大湾区建设背景下广东民办本科院校办学定位不明确,应用型人才培养信心不足,国际化教育融合深度不够。对此,需明确办学定位,为产业发展提供充足支撑;要形成教育合力,强化创新能力、应用能力、跨文化交流能力;要加强国际化教育融合,为打造国际化本科人才培养基地提供依据,以期为粤港澳大湾区经济、文化、教育的一体化发展提供保障。

There are problems in the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,such as the indefinite position of Guangdong private colleges and universities,lack of applied talent cultivation confidence,and not enough deep integration of international education.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify school-running orientation to provide sufficient support for the industry development;form education resultant force,strengthen innovative,applied and intercultural communication competence;strengthen international education integration,to provide the basis for international graduate training base,and to provide guarantee for the integration development of economy,culture and education in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
