摘要
以广州番禺职业技术学院为例,通过向学生发放问卷来统计和分析当前导师制的施行状况,并提出了一些建议,应实行导师定期工作日制、导师助理制、导师激励和考核机制、导师评价制,完善导师制度,以丰富学生和导师的沟通形式,提高指导质量。
Through taking Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic as an example,the research does statistics and analysis of tutorial system implement situation through issuing questionnaire to students,and proposes some suggestions,i.e.implementing tutor regular workday,tutor assistant,tutor stimulation and examination,tutor evaluation mechanism,and perfecting tutor system,to enrich the communication form of students and tutors,and to improve guidance quality.
