“一带一路”背景下中国建设性参与阿富汗社会重建研究

Study on China's Constructive Participation in Afghanstan's Social Reconstruction under the Belt and Road

阿富汗是中国的邻国,也是共建“一带一路”的重要国家。2001年阿富汗战争后,中国即参与了阿富汗的社会重建,并逐渐建成喀布尔共和国医院、喀布尔大学孔子学院等。当前,中国应以民生为抓手,进一步加强阿富汗人才培育合作机制建设,并提振阿富汗社会重建的信心。

Afghanistan is a neighbor of China and an important partner in building the Belt and Road.After the 2001 Afghanistan War,China has participated in the social reconstruction of Afghanistan and gradually formed typical cases such as the Republic Hospital of Kabul and the Confucius Institute at Kabul University.At present,China should still focus on people's livelihood,further strengthen cooperative mechanism of talent cultivation for Afghanstan's reconstruction,and boost the social confidence of Afghanistan's reconstruction.
