The Experience and Enlightenment of Singapore's Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection

本文从新加坡非物质文化遗产的现状入手,聚焦非物质文化遗产保护的战略方针、制度保障、运作模式等方面,从而总结新加坡非物质文化遗产保护的有效经验,并结合当前我国非物质文化遗产传承与保护的实际情况,对我国非物质文化遗产保护提供有益的经验启示。新加坡在保护非物质文化遗产时一是注意各个族群社团的沟通融合,二是注意各种社会力量的互动协作,三是注意多种技术手段的综合运用,这些措施不仅有效保护了非物质文化遗产,还提高和增强了其国民的文化认同感和社会凝聚力。

Singapore is a small country in Southeast Asia with an area of only over 700 square kilometers.Singapore is also a big cultural country.Various ethnic groups and their cultural traditions,religious beliefs,traditional arts,customs,festivals and other activities meet here to present a colorful and beautiful scene.This paper starts from the status quo of Singapore's intangible cultural heritage and focuses on the strategic principles,institutional guarantees,and operating models of intangible cultural heritage protection,so as to summarize the effective experience of Singapore's intangible cultural heritage protection and provide useful experience and enlightenment for the protection of China's intangible cultural heritage which combines the current intangible cultural heritage protection in China.When protecting intangible cultural heritage,Singapore mainly pays attention to the following aspects:first,the communication and integration of various ethnic groups;second,the interaction and cooperation of various social forces;third,the comprehensive use of multiple technical means.The measures taken by Singapore not only effectively protect the intangible cultural heritage,but also enhance the cultural identity and social cohesion of its citizens.It is of great significance to study the measures and experience of the protection of Singapore's intangible cultural heritage for China to effectively improve the level of intangible cultural heritage protection,establish an intangible cultural heritage protection system with Chinese characteristics,and then better inherit and develop the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.
