采摘季节及产地对猫须草叶提取物主要成分及抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究采摘季节及产地对猫须草品质的影响,比较了广西玉林和云南西双版纳不同季节采摘的6个猫须草样品的主要有效成分含量及其抗氧化能力。结果表明:同一地区夏季采摘的猫须草叶提取物总多酚、总黄酮含量和抗氧化能力(包括DPPH自由基清除能力、超氧阴离子自由基清除能力及铁离子还原能力)均显著高于秋季采摘样品,但不同地区间同一季节采摘的猫须草叶提取物总多酚、总黄酮含量和抗氧化能力差异无明显规律。不同地区及季节采摘的猫须草叶中迷迭香酸含量存在一定差异,其中4号样品(玉林地区2017年夏季采摘)迷迭香酸含量最高,6号样品(西双版纳地区2017年秋季采摘)迷迭香酸含量最低。猫须草叶提取物中总多酚和迷迭香酸含量与抗氧化能力呈显著正相关。研究提示在运用猫须草时应注意不同采摘时间对其有效成分含量的影响。 In order to study the effects of picking season and producing area on the quality of Orthosiphon stamineusis,six samples of Orthosiphon stamineusis picked in different seasons from Yulin,Guangxi and Xishuangbanna,Yunnan were compared in terms of main active components and antioxidant capacity.The results showed that the total polyphenols content,total flavonoids content and antioxidant capacity(including DPPH radical scavenging ability,superoxide anion radical scavenging ability and iron reduction ability)in the extracts of Orthosiphon stamineusis leaves picked in summer were significantly higher than those picked in autumn in the same area,but there was no significant difference in the total polyphenols content,total flavonoids content or antioxidant capacity in the extracts of Orthosiphon stamineusis leaves picked in different areas in the same season.The rosmarinic acid content was different in different areas and seasons.The rosmarinic acid content in sample 4(picked in summer 2017 in Yulin area)was the highest,and that in sample 6(picked in autumn 2017 in Xishuangbanna area)was the lowest.The total polyphenols content and rosmarinic acid content in the extracts of Orthosiphon stamineusis leaves were significantly positively correlated with antioxidant capacity.It was suggested that the effects of different picking time on the effective components content should be paid attention to when using Orthosiphon stamineusis.
