负压封闭冲洗引流术与切开引流术治疗手部急慢性化脓性腱鞘炎患者的效果比较

Comparison of effects of vacuum sealing irrigation drainage and incision drainage intreatment of acute and chronic suppurative tenosynovitis of hand

目的:比较负压封闭冲洗引流术与切开引流术治疗手部急慢性化脓性腱鞘炎患者的效果。方法:选取68例手部化脓性腱鞘炎患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组采用切开引流术治疗,观察组采用负压封闭冲洗引流术治疗,比较两组创面愈合时间和住院时间、临床疗效和并发症发生率。结果:观察组创面愈合时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手指功能优良率为94.12%(32/34),明显高于对照组的76.47%(26/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8.82%(3/34),明显低于对照组的29.41%(10/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:负压封闭冲洗引流术治疗手部急慢性化脓性腱鞘炎患者,可提高手指功能优良率,缩短创面愈合时间和住院时间,降低并发症发生率,其效果优于切开引流术。

Objective:To compare effects of vacuum sealing irrigation drainage and incision drainage in treatment of acute and chronic suppurative tenosynovitis of hand.Methods:68 patients with suppurative tenosynovitis of hand were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lot method,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with incision drainage,while the observation group was treated with vacuum sealing irrigation drainage.The wound healing time,hospitalization time,clinical efficacy and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The wound healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of finger function in the observation group was 94.12%(32/34),which was higher than 76.47%(26/34)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 8.82%(3/34),which was significantly lower than 29.41%(10/34)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Vacuum sealing irrigation drainage fin the treatment of acute and chronic suppurative tenosynovitis of hand can improve the excellent and good rate of finger function,shorten the wound healing time and hospitalization time,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to incision drainage.
