摘要
促甲状腺激素受体(thyroid stimulating hormone receptor,TSHR)可在多种非甲状腺组织中表达,通过激活不同的信号通路产生不同的作用。在脑组织表达的TSHR是自身免疫性甲状腺病与精神疾病之间相联系的关键;在心肌表达的TSHR与甲状腺功能减退性心力衰竭有关;在脂肪组织表达的TSHR与Graves眼病、肥胖、胰岛素分泌异常的发生,发展有关;在肝脏表达的TSHR参与了糖、脂代谢的调控;在骨组织表达的TSHR则主要参与骨代谢的调控,对于防治骨质疏松的发生,发展具有重要作用。因此,探讨TSHR在不同组织中的表达及其作用机制对于防治心脑血管疾病和内分泌代谢性疾病等具有重要的意义。
'Thyroid stimulating hormone receptor(TSHR)can be expressed in a variety of non-thy-roid tissues and plays different roles by activating different signaling pathways.TSHR expressed in brain tis-sue may be a key target for the link between autoimmune thyroid disease and mental disease.TSHR ex-pressed in myocardium may be related to heart failure in hypothyroidism.TSHR expressed in adipose tissueis related to the occurrence and development of Graves'ophthalmopathy,obesity and abnormal insulin secre-tion.TSHR expressed in liver is involved in the regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism.TSHR expressedin bone tissue is mainly involved in the regulation of bone metabolism,which plays an important role in pre-venting the occurrence and development of osteoporosis.Therefore,exploring the expression of TSHR in dif-ferent tissues and its mechanism have important guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of heartdiseases,brain diseases,endocrine and metabolic diseases.
