摘要
为了考察不同比例的复配ω-3/ω-6不饱和脂肪酸对高龄小鼠健康的保护作用,实验以12月龄的ICR小鼠作为供试动物,经口连续灌胃多不饱和脂肪酸油脂6周后,Y迷宫和Morris水迷宫法观察小鼠的学习记忆及认知能力的变差异,同时监测小鼠体内过氧化水平、血脂水平及大脑Aβ-40淀粉样蛋白水平的变化。结果表明:与对照组相比,部分不饱和脂肪酸油脂组可显著缩短小鼠搜寻平台的潜伏期并且增加跨越平台次数(P<0.05);Y迷宫新异臂探索试验中,不饱和脂肪酸油脂组对新异臂表现出较为明显的偏好(P<0.05);试验组大脑Aβ-40淀粉样蛋白水平均较对照组有显著降低(P<0.05);不饱和脂肪酸油脂组较对照组表现出优异的抗氧化活性(P<0.05),且不会引起血脂水平的升高。实验中使用的ω-3/ω-6多不饱和脂肪酸油脂对高龄小鼠有认知保护作用及机体抗氧化损伤作用。
In order to investigate the protective effects of different proportions of compound omega-3/omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids on the health of aged mice,12-month-old ICR mice were used as test animals in this experiment.After six weeks of continuous oral administration of polyunsaturated fatty acid oil,Y maze and Morris water maze were used to observe the changes of learning,memory and cognitive ability of mice,and the levels of peroxidation and blood lipid were monitored at the same time And the change of aβ-40 amyloid level in brain.The results showed that:compared with the control group,part of the unsaturated fatty acid oil group could significantly shorten the incubation period of search platform and increase the number of crossing platform(P<0.05);in the Y maze new different arm exploration test,the unsaturated fatty acid oil group showed a more obvious preference for the new different arm(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the level of aβ-40 amyloid protein in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the unsaturated fatty acid lipid group showed excellent antioxidant activity(P<0.05),and did not cause the increase of blood lipid level.Theω-3/ω-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids used in the experiment have cognitive protection and anti-oxidation effects on aged mice.
