规模化养殖背景下奶牛场技术效率分析

Analysis of Technical Efficiency of Dairy Farms under the Background of Large-scale Farming

基于黑龙江省105家规模在100头以上的奶牛场调查数据,使用DEA模型对黑龙江省奶牛场技术效率进行分析,通过对整体技术效率进行分析得出:黑龙江省整体规模化奶牛场技术效率偏低,通过整合规模和要素配置,技术效率能够继续提升29.3%;通过对不同规模技术效率进行分析得出:中规模奶牛场(500≤Q<1000)技术效率最高,大规模奶牛场(1000≤Q<10000)技术效率次之,小规模奶牛场(100≤Q<500)技术效率最低;通过对不同市区技术效率进行分析得出:黑龙江省重要的奶牛养殖区域并未充分发挥其规模化奶牛养殖优势。根据以上研究结论为政府提出了发展适度规模化奶牛养殖,改善奶牛养殖要素投入质量以提升规模化奶牛场技术效率的对策建议。

In the context of large-scale dairy farming in Heilongjiang Province has become the dominant,improving the technical efficiency of large-scale dairy farms is of great significance to the development of dairy farming.Based on the survey data of 105 dairy farms with more than 100 heads in Heilongjiang Province,this paper uses DEA model to analyze the technical efficiency of dairy farms in Heilongjiang Province,After the analysis of the overall technical efficiency,it is concluded that the overall efficiency of the large-scale dairy farm in Heilongjiang Province is low.By integrating the scale and factor allocation,the technical efficiency can continue to increase by 29.3%;Based on the analysis of technical efficiency of different scales,it is concluded that the medium-scale dairy farm(500≤Q<1000)has the highest technical efficiency,and the large-scale dairy farm(1000≤Q<10000)has the second technical efficiency,and the small-scale dairy farm(100≤Q<500)is the least efficient;According to the analysis of the technical efficiency of different urban areas,it is found that the important dairy farming areas in Heilongjiang Province have not fully utilized their advantages in large-scale dairy farming.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the government to develop moderately large-scale dairy farming and improve the quality of dairy farming elements input to improve the technical efficiency of large-scale dairy farms.
