摘要
通过解读大气污染物无组织排放监测技术导则,归纳总结出大气无组织排放监控点的布设与风速、风向、太阳倾角、太阳高度角、云量、太阳辐射等级、大气稳定度的相互制约关系,提出了大气污染物无组织排放监测布点的一些看法。
Based on the study of the technical guidelines for fugitive emission monitoring of air pollutants,this paper summarizes the relationship between the layout of monitoring points of atmospheric fugitive emission and wind speed,wind direction,solar inclination,solar altitude angle,cloud cover,solar radiation level and atmospheric stability,and puts forward some opinions on the arrangement of monitoring points for atmospheric fugitive emission.
