对11份抗逆棉花种质资源的主要性状分析 被引量:2

摘要 为有效利用棉花种质资源,对11份抗逆种质资源的主要产量性状、纤维品质性状以及抗虫性进行分析鉴定。结果表明:这11份材料各性状间的变异系数为0.04%~26.09%,变幅较大,其中单铃重、果枝数、单株成铃数和籽棉产量变异系数较大,分别是11.44%、11.22%、20.13%、26.09%;籽棉产量的平均值为2842.98 kg/hm^(2),以中JL16最高、GGK-2最低,两者相差2843.34 kg/hm^(2);纤维品质整体表现一般,变异系数较小,纤维长度平均是28.52 mm,马克隆值平均是5.52,断裂比强度平均是31.79 cN/tex,有5份材料的比强度在“很强”等级档及以上;通过卡那霉素抗虫性鉴定,中JL16、中J0141和中J0805的抗虫性较好。经综合比较分析,中JL16和中J0805在产量、抗虫和抗逆方面均表现较好,可加以重点改良和利用。 In order to effectively utilize cotton germplasm resources,the main yield traits,fiber quality traits and insect resistance of 11 germplasm resources with stress resistance were analyzed and identified.The results showed that the variation coefficients of the characters among 11 materials ranged 0.04%to 26.09%,and the variation coefficient of single boll weight(11.44%),number of fruit branches(11.22%),number of bolls per(20.13%)and seed cotton yield(26.09%)were large.The average seed cotton yield is 2842.98 kg/hm^(2),among which JL16 is the highest and GGK-2 is the lowest,with a difference of 2483.34 kg/hm^(2).In terms of quality,the overall performance of fiber quality was general,and the coefficient of variation is small.The average fiber length is 28.52 mm,the average micronaire value is 5.52,and the average breaking strength is 31.79 cN/tex.There are 5 materials which the specific strength is at the level of“very strong”or above.Through the identification of insect resistant to kanamycin,Zhong JL16,Zhong J0104 and Zhong J0805 have better insect resistance.Through the comprehensive comparison and analysis,Zhong JL16 and Zhong J0805 perform better in terms of yield,insect resistance and stress resistance,and can be improved and utilized.
