血清B型钠尿肽与儿童社区获得性肺炎病情分度及预后的相关性

Correlation between serum type B natriuretic peptide and the grade and prognosis of children with community-acquired pneumonia

目的分析血清B型钠尿肽与儿童社区获得性肺炎病情分度及预后的相关性。方法选取100例儿童社区获得性肺炎患儿为儿童社区获得性肺炎组,另选同期50名健康体检儿童为对照组,对两组儿童社区获得性肺炎组内不同病情分度、经过治疗后不同预后患儿血清B型钠尿肽进行测定和比较,利用Spearman相关性分析法对血清B型钠尿肽与儿童社区获得性肺炎病情分度及预后的相关性进行检验。结果儿童社区获得性肺炎组血清B型钠尿肽高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);儿童社区获得性肺炎组内低危患儿血清B型钠尿肽最低,高危患儿血清B型钠尿肽最高,中危患儿介于其中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);儿童社区获得性肺炎组内存活患儿血清B型钠尿肽低于死亡患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果提示,血清B型钠尿肽与儿童社区获得性肺炎患儿病情分度呈正相关性(r=0.78,P<0.05),与儿童社区获得性肺炎患儿预后呈负相关性(r=-0.77,P<0.05)。结论血清B型钠尿肽与儿童社区获得性肺炎病情分度及预后密切相关,对该指标数值进行测定有助于病情分级、疗效评估以及预测预后。

Objective To analyze the correlation between serum type B natriuretic peptide and the grade and prognosis of children with community-acquired pneumonia.Methods 100 children with community-acquired pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the children′s community-acquired pneumonia group,and 50 healthy children who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Measurement and comparison of serum B-type natriuretic peptides in children with different disease grades and different prognosis after treatment in the acquired pneumonia group.Spearman correlation analysis was used to evaluate serum B-type natriuretic peptides and children′s community-acquired pneumonia and prognostic relevance.Results The serum B-type natriuretic peptide was higher in the child community-acquired pneumonia group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The low-risk children in the community-acquired pneumonia group had the lowest serum B-type natriuretic peptide and the high-risk group.The serum B-type natriuretic peptide was highest in children,with intermediate-risk children among them,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum B-type natriuretic peptide was lower in the survival group than in the death group in the children′s community-acquired pneumonia group(P<0.05).The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum B-type natriuretic peptide was positively correlated with the children′s community-acquired pneumonia(r=0.78,P<0.05),and the prognosis of children with community acquired pneumonia was negatively correlated(r=-0.77,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum B-type natriuretic peptide is closely related to the grade and prognosis of children with community-acquired pneumonia.Determination of the value of this index is helpful for the classification of the disease,the evaluation of the efficacy and the prediction of the prognosis.
