摘要
劳动素养是中小学生在劳动实践中逐步形成的品质修养与行为能力,也是中小学劳动教育的评价指标。劳动素养具有综合性、体验性、社会性和阶段性等特征,其结构体系包括劳动能力、劳动观念、劳动精神、劳动习惯和品质。在教育实践中,可通过细化劳动教育内容、强化劳动活动反思、营造多维劳动教育氛围以及实施协同劳动教育方式等举措来加强中小学生劳动素养的培育。
Labor competence is the quality accomplishment and behavior ability gradually formed in the labor practice of primary and middle school students,and it is also the evaluation index of labor education in primary and middle schools.Labor competence is characterized by its comprehensiveness,experience,sociality and stage,etc.Its structural system includes working ability,working idea,working spirit,working habit and quality.In practical education,educators could refine the content of labor education,strengthen the reflection of labor activities,create multi-dimensional labor atmosphere and implement the instructions of coordination to consolidate the cultivation of primary and middle school students'labor competence.
