基于卫星测高技术的南极冰下湖研究进展

摘要 冰下湖是南极冰盖底部地形环境的重要组成部分,对冰盖底部温度和热力学状态具有重要的影响,目前已经在南极发现400余冰下湖。早期冰下湖的探测主要利用无线电回波探测(RES,radioecho sounding),而测高卫星的出现给冰下湖的监测提供了更多可能。随着ICESat、Cryosat-2等测高卫星在冰下湖监测中的应用,冰下湖的研究取得了显著性的进展。总结分析了测高卫星在南极冰下湖应用的研究进展,对测高卫星在南极冰下湖研究的主要成果及研究方法进行了详细阐述,展示了测高卫星在南极冰下湖监测方面的优势,并选用测高精度较高的ICESat卫星测高数据,分析了Totten流域冰下湖的表面高程变化异常。 Subglacial lakes are an important part of the Antarctica ice sheet topography, which affects the temperature and thermodynamic state of the subglacial bedrock, and more than 400 subglacial lakes have been discovered in Antarctica. The early detection of subglacial lakes mainly used radio echo sounding(RES), while with the development of altimetry satellites,Antarctica subglacial lake research has made significant progress. especially the application of ICESat-1, Cryosat-2. We analyze the development of the Antarctic subglacial lakes research based on satellite altimetry data, and mainly introduce the main results and research methods, demonstrates the advantages of satellite altimetry in the monitoring of Antarctic subglacial lakes. Besides, we analyze the surface elevation changes of the subglacial lakes in Totten basin using ICESat-1 satellite data with high accuracy.
