摘要
作为近年来国家的重点工程,电信普遍服务项目具有工期短、工程量大、工程质量要求高的特点。但由于资金受限,OLT上行传输承载无法通过OTN下沉与大量波道扩容解决。针对OTN下沉困难的问题,采用OTN"微蜂窝"式下沉及PTN与OTN共同承载的方式,在资源有限的情况下,确保电信普遍服务工程优质完成,同时实现其OLT业务承载数量与带宽的双重保障。
As a national key project in recent years, telecom universal service project has the characteristics of short construction period, large engineering quantity and high engineering quality requirements. However, due to limited funds, OLT uplink transmission can not be solved by OTN sinking and a large number of channel expansion. In view of the difficulty of OTN sinking,the "micro cell" sinking of OTN and the joint bearing of PTN and OTN are adopted to ensure the high-quality completion of telecom universal service project under the condition of limited resources, at the same time, the dual guarantee of OLT service quantity and bandwidth is realized.
