基于人工智能的电力114查号系统建设

摘要 随着电力系统程控交换设备逐步退网和IP多媒体子系统(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IMS)网络的全面部署,电力行政交换系统将不再提供传统的E1数字或模拟中继,导致现有查号系统无法继续工作。同时随着人工智能技术的逐步成熟,智能化取代人工的趋势不可避免。为了适应IMS网络全网部署后全新的网络架构及人工智能应用的落地,亟需将传统查号系统进行全面的技术设计改造。本研究设计了一种智能114查号系统,采用SIP协议与IMS对接实现信令互通,通过人工智能自动识别查号请求,将语音转换为查询条件进行查询并借助文语转换技术给主叫用户播报查询结果。测试结果表明,通过智能识别查询并报号占比98.56%,一次性查号准确率在90%以上。 With the gradual withdrawal of power system program controlled switching equipment and the full deployment of IP Multimedia Subsystem(IMS) network, power administrative switching system will no longer provide the traditional E1 digital or analog relay, the existing directory system cannot continue to work. At the same time, with the gradual maturity of artificial intelligence technology, intelligence to replace the artificial trend is inevitable. In order to adapt to the new network architecture and the landing of the artificial intelligence application after the whole network deployment of IMS, it is necessary to carry on the overall technical design transformation of the traditional reference number system. In this paper, an intelligent 114 number checking system is designed, which uses SIP protocol to interface with IMS to realize mutual communication of signaling, and automatically recognizes number checking requests through artificial intelligence, the voice is transformed into the query condition to carry on the query and broadcast the query result to the calling user with the help of the text-to-speech technology. The test results show that 98.56% of the number is queried by intelligent recognition, and the accuracy rate of one-time number is over 90%.
