摘要
很多背板连接器都是采用压接的方式装配到背板上,因此,背板的压接孔会存在大量桩线。在低速信号情况下,桩线的影响可以忽略。但是随着信号速率的不断提升,桩线的影响越来越严重,尤其是对高速信号的完整性影响。文章针对背板桩线易发,多发的问题,通过原理设计、PCB Layout和PCB加工工艺三方面对桩线的影响进行改进,并对背板的发展趋势和架构做出展望。
Many backplane connectors are assembled to the backplane by press fit. Therefore, there will be a large number of stubs in the pressfit holes of the backplane. In the case of low-speed signals, the influence of stubs can be ignored. However, as the signal speed continues to increase, the impact of stubs is becoming more and more serious, especially on the integrity of highspeed signals. This paper aims at the problem of easy and frequent occurrence of backplane stubs, and improves the impact of stubs through three aspects: SCH design, PCB Layout and PCB processing technology, and makes an outlook on the development trend and structure of backplanes.
