民办本科高校创新强校工程项目建设资金绩效影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Capital Performance of Innovative and Strong University Project Construction in Private Undergraduate Universities

本文以民办本科高校"创新强校工程"项目建设为研究对象,运用李克特七点量表分析,根据项目管理PDCA循环理论及经费管理要求设计测量变量,通过问卷星SPSS软件进行线性回归,发现项目管理过程中相关责任部门项目结项验收组织工作程序对民办高校发展绩效影响显著,是资金安排、项目立项、过程监控、经费支出、结项验收整个过程管理中最重要的环节,高校项目管理制度体系建设也对民办高校整体发展提升影响显著。

In order to run by the local undergraduate higher colleges“Innovating University Project”construction as the research object,using the Likert 7-point scale analysis,on the basis of the theory of project management PDCA cycle and management requirements,measuring variables through the questionnaire star SPSS software linear regression,found that the departments responsible to project management in the process of the project acceptance groups such as work procedures of college development had a great effect on performance.
