1+X证书制度是体现我国职业教育类型特色的重大制度设计,需要政府、职业教育培训评价组织、职业院校等利益相关方共同参与。在《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的指导下,各参与方积极协作,证书试点的良好局面已基本形成,但也面临诸多现实问题与挑战。这需要各方从体系化角度培育X证书试点和应用推广。

The 1+X certificate system is a major system design that reflects the characteristics of my country’s vocational education types.It requires the participation of stakeholders such as the government,vocational education and training evaluation organizations,and vocational colleges.Under the guidance of the“National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”,all participating parties actively cooperated,and the good situation of the certificate trial has basically taken shape,but it also faces many practical problems and challenges.This requires all parties to cultivate the X certificate pilot and application promotion from a systematic perspective.
