心理危机的预警及干预措施——以广东某高职院校为例

Early Warning and Intervention Measures of Psychological Crisis——Take a Higher Vocational College in Guangdong as an Example

近年来,大学生的压力越来越大,大学生心理危机形势严峻。为了掌握心理危机发生的规律,为高校做好大学生心理危机预警、干预工作提供参考,从心理咨询中心获取近十年发生的大学生心理危机案例信息进行统计。结果显示要重视家校合作,学生的专业、性别、户籍、年级和心理危机的发生有关;要积极关注发生过重大生活事件的学生;在开学、毕业期、阴雨天气发生的危机是最多的。高校应采取各种应对措施降低大学生心理危机的发生。

In recent years,the pressure of college students is increasing,and the situation of college students’psychological crisis is serious.In order to grasp the law of psychological crisis and provide reference for college students’psychological crisis work,we collect the information occurred in recent ten years from the psychological consultation center.We should attach importance to home-school cooperation.Students’major,gender,household registration,grade will affect the occurrence of psychological crisis.We should take an active interest in students who have had major life events.During registration,graduation and rainy weather crisis is the most.We should take various measures to reduce the occurrence of college students’psychological crisis.
