职业院校智能制造技能大师工作室建设创新与实践 被引量:8

摘要 积极响应国家产业升级战略需求,以广州工程技术职业学院智能制造技能大师工作室为例,分析了技能大师工作室对于专业建设、教学团队建设、创新型人才培养的重要意义。基于专业群建设和发展需求,提出了三阶递进式“校企共研、师生共长、项目引领、分类培养”工作室人才培养模式。实践证明,智能制造技能大师工作室在培养学生创新思维、创新能力,教师科研能力方面具有重要作用;对国内职业院校相关专业的建设和发展也具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。 In response to the strategic needs of national industrial upgrading,taking the intelligent manufacturing skill master studio of Guangzhou Institute of Technology as an example,the paper analyzes the significance of the skill master studio for specialty construction,teaching team construction and innovative talent cultivation.Based on the construction and development needs of specialty groups,it proposes one training mode of studio:three-step progressive“school-enterprise joint research,teachers and students co-development,project leading and classification training”.Practice has proved that the intelligent manufacturing Skills Master Studio plays an important role in cultivating students’innovative thinking,innovative ability and teachers’scientific research ability;it also has certain guidance and reference significance for the construction and development of related majors in domestic vocational colleges.
