摘要
“互联网+”作为互联网思维的进一步实践成果,为职工文化创新发展提供了全新的思维模式。加强互联网技术与职工文化的深度融合,对后疫情时代丰富职工文化发展、推进智慧工会建设意义重大。首先对“互联网+职工文化”建设存在的问题进行了深入分析,并针对发现的问题给出了发展对策,以期通过“互联网+职工文化”建设丰富职工精神文化生活,增强职工精神力量,激发职工群众的创造力,维护职工群众的文化权益,提高职工群众的综合素质,积极打造健康文明、昂扬向上、全民参与的职工文化。
As a further practical result of Internet thinking,“Internet+”provides a brand-new thinking model for the innovation and development of employee culture.Strengthening the in-depth integration of Internet technology and employee culture is of great significance to enriching the development of employee culture and promoting the construction of smart labor unions in the post-epidemic era.This article first conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the construction of“Internet+employee culture”,safeguards the cultural rights and interests of the employees,improves the overall quality of the employees,and actively builds a healthy,civilized,uplifting,and all-people employee culture.
