教师是学生成长路上的引领人,立德树人,责无旁贷。但目前高校教师的职业道德建设尚不尽如人意。作为新时期教书育人的执行者,高校教师必须自觉遵从职业道德规范,必须自觉加强职业道德修养;作为新时代职业生涯的引航者,高等院校必须完善教师职业道德建设体系,必须创建教师职业道德建设有利环境,从而树立良好的校风、学风、教风,以促进学生的成长成才。

Colleges and universities shoulder the heavy responsibility of educating people.Among them,teachers have a great responsibility,and they are the leaders of students’growth.In view of the lack of professional ethics of some teachers in colleges and universities,it affects the overall education and teaching effectiveness of colleges and universities.Under the background of the new era,colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of teachers’professional ethics,establish a good school spirit,style of study,and teaching style,promote the comprehensive development of higher education students in our country,and demonstrate the value of college education and teaching.In this regard,based on the connotation of teachers’professional ethics,it analyzes the problems existing in the construction of college teachers’professional ethics,and proposes the path of college teachers’professional ethics construction.
