摘要
技工教育自改革开放以来得到快速的发展,为了适应新时代社会对高新技术人才的需要,作为技术人才培养基地的技工院校的数量也在逐年增加,教师队伍成了为社会培养高技术人才的重要决定性因素。技工院校教师教学与科研能力不平衡发展的现状是当下迫切需要解决的问题。利用实证研究方法,从矛盾角度出发,着眼于技工院校教师教学与科研能力的相关性,提出了研究假设,明确构建技工院校教师教学与科研能力的评价体系的必要性。
Technical education has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up.In order to meet the needs of hightech talents in the new era,the number of technical colleges and universities as training bases for technical talents is also increasing year by year.Teachers have become an important decisive factor in training high-tech talents for the society.The unbalanced development of teachers’teaching and scientific research ability in technical colleges is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the empirical research method and from the angle of contradiction,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and makes sure the necessity of constructing the evaluation system of teaching and research ability of teachers in technical colleges.
