职业胜任能力培养导向下的高校计算机专业课程体系改革

Curriculum System Reform of Computer Major in Colleges and Universities under the Guidance of Professional Competence Training

计算机专业随着近些年的发展已成为高校学生首选的热门专业,这种情况随着社会进入信息化时代以来也越来越显而易见。但也由此引发了教育行业内一部分人对计算机职业的就业问题的担忧,究其原因就是学生学习的技能跟企业需要的人才不匹配造成的,就是学生不具备职业的胜任能力。因此,本文针对这一现状提出了以职业胜任能力为导向的有关高校计算机专业课程体系方面的改革设想。

With the development of computer science in recent years,it has become the preferred hot major for college students.This situation has become more and more obvious with the society entering the information age.However,it also causes some people in the education industry to worry about the employment of computer occupation.The reason is that the students’learning skills do not match the talents needed by enterprises,that is,students do not have the professional competence.Therefore,in view of this situation,this paper puts forward the reform ideas of the curriculum system of computer specialty in colleges and universities based on professional competence.
