基于博士后研究人员的高校教师职前培训体系构建

摘要 文章首先对博士后研究人员进行了概述,然后分析了高校教师职前培训体系构建的必要性,最后论述了基于博士后研究人员的高校教师职前培训体系构建策略,包括强化以人为本的贯通式培养理念;完善四方责任明确的培训管理机制;坚持多方参与、平等交流、强化服务的组织原则等。
