结直肠癌腹腔镜手术治疗的研究进展

Research progress of laparoscopic surgery on colorectal cancer

结直肠癌是一种临床上较为常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,对于该疾病的主要治疗方法为手术治疗。随着医疗技术不断发展,临床上对于腹腔镜手术的应用也愈发广泛,但是同传统开腹手术的临床疗效对比,结直肠癌的腹腔镜手术治疗效果仍存在一定争议。本文对结直肠癌发病特点、手术治疗以及腹腔镜手术治疗效果展开综述。

Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract in clinical,the main treatment for the disease is surgical treatment.With the development of medical technology,the clinical application of laparoscopic surgery is becoming more and more extensive,however,compared with the clinical effect of traditional open surgery,the therapeutic effect of colorectal cancer is still controversial.This article reviews the characteristics of colorectal cancer,surgical treatment and laparoscopic surgery.
