复发性阿弗他溃疡是一种最为常见多发的口腔黏膜病,其病因和发病机制较复杂,与诸多因素有关。因此,临床治疗上也无统一的特效治疗,多以镇痛消炎、促进溃疡愈合等为目的。本文主要从病因和临床治疗两个方面进行了整理和分析,以期为复发性阿弗他溃疡临床研究水平的提高提供参考。

Recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU)is one of the most common oral mucosal diseases,its etiology and pathogenesis are complex,which related to many factors.Therefore,there is no unified special treatment in clinical treatment,mostly for the purpose of relieving pain and inflammation,promoting ulcer healing,etc.This article mainly organizes and analyzes the two aspects of etiology and clinical treatment,in order to provide a reference for the improvement of the clinical research level of recurrent aphthous ulcer.
