以自发酮症酸中毒起病的抗体阴性青年糖尿病2例

Two cases of youth antibody-negative diabetes with onset of spontaneous ketoacidosis

在临床中以自发酮症或酮症酸中毒起病的肥胖青年糖尿病患者越来越受到重视。目前该类患者的分型难以明确,以糖尿病的分类划分,既有1型糖尿病特征,同时也具有2型糖尿病的特征,以自发酮症或酮症酸中毒起病,肥胖、体重指数(BMI)超标。本文选取2例以酮症酸中毒起病的肥胖青年男性糖尿病病例,分析其特点、治疗以及预后。

In clinical practice,obese young diabetic patients with ketosis or ketoacidosis have been paid more and more attention.At present,the classification is difficult to clarify,according to the classification of diabetes,it has both the characteristics of type 1 diabetes and the characteristics of type 2 diabetes,onset of spontaneous ketosis or ketoacidosis,obesity,BMI exceeding standard.This article selects 2 cases of obese young men with onset of ketoacidosis and analyzes their characteristics,treatment and prognosis.
