微RNA-375对非小细胞肺癌脑转移的诊断价值

摘要 目的:分析微RNA-375对非小细胞肺癌脑转移的诊断价值。方法:2019年9月-2020年9月收治非小细胞肺癌患者50例,其中发生脑转移25例,作为A组;未发生脑转移25例,作为B组。另选取同期健康体检者50例,作为对照组。比较三组血清微RNA-375表达水平,并分析其对脑转移的诊断价值。结果:对照组血清微RNA-375表达水平显著高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组血清微RNA-375表达水平显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清微RNA-375表达水平和非小细胞肺癌患者淋巴结转移及临床分期存在密切关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用血清微RNA-375表达水平诊断非小细胞肺癌患者发生脑转移的AUC为0.986,灵敏度为90.02%,特异度为93.97%,准确性为92.00%,阳性预测值为94.34%,阴性预测值为93.04%。结论:微RNA-375在非小细胞肺癌患者发生脑转移的诊断中,具有良好的应用价值;脑转移的发生可能和其微RNA-375表达水平下调存在一定关系,可以作为脑转移判断的潜在生物标志物之一。 Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of micro RNA-375 in brain metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:From September 2019 to September 2020,50 cases of patients with NSCLC were enrolled,25 cases of patients with brain metastases were classified as A group.25 cases of patients without brain metastasis were classified as B group.In addition,50 cases of healthy people were selected as control group.The expression level of serum micro RNA-375 in three groups was compared and its diagnostic value for brain metastasis was analyzed.Results:The expression level of serum micro RNA-375 in control group was significantly higher than that in A group and B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of serum RNA-375 in B group was significantly higher than that in A group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Expression level of serum micro RNA-375 was closely related to lymph node metastasis and clinical stage in patients with non-small cell lung cancer,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In diagnosis of serum micro RNA-375 expression levels,the AUC of brain metastasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer was 0.986,the sensitivity was 90.02%,the specificity was 93.97%,the accuracy was 92.00%,the positive predictive value was 94.34%and the negative predictive value was 93.04%.Conclusion:Micro RNA-375 has good application value in the diagnosis of brain metastasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Brain metastasis may be related to the down-regulation of micro RNA-375 expression level,which can be used as one of the potential biomarkers for brain metastasis judgment.
