益气养阴祛瘀汤联合针刺对脑梗死恢复期患者凝血功能及血清C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平的影响

Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Quyu decoction combined with acupuncture on coagulation function and serum CRP,HCY levels of patients with cerebral infarction during convalescence

目的:研究益气养阴祛瘀汤联合针刺对脑梗死恢复期患者凝血功能及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法:2018年2月-2020年4月收治脑梗死恢复期患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予针刺治疗;观察组给予针刺联合益气养阴祛瘀汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)均长于对照组,血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)及血清神经细胞因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴祛瘀汤联合针刺治疗可缓解脑梗死恢复期患者的临床症状,改善凝血功能,同时抑制机体炎性反应,改善神经功能。

Objective:To study the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Quyu decoction combined with acupuncture on coagulation function and serum CRP and HCY levels in patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence.Methods:From February 2018 to April 2020,60 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in the convalescent stage were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Yiqi Yangyin Quyu decoction.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PT and APTT in the observation group were longer than in the control group,FIB and serum neurocytokines level were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Quyu decoction combined with acupuncture can relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the coagulation function,inhibit the inflammatory reaction and improve the nerve function of patients with cerebral infarction in convalescent stage.
