中草药汤剂对浆细胞性乳腺炎术后性激素的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal decoction on sex hormones in patients with plasma cellular mastitis after operation

目的:研究中草药汤剂对浆细胞性乳腺炎术后性激素的影响。方法:2018年10月-2020年7月收治浆细胞性乳腺炎患者90例,作为试验组;再随机分为单一组及联合组,各45例;联合组给予中草药汤剂加减疗法联合头孢克洛胶囊治疗;单一组给予单纯头孢克洛胶囊治疗。另选取同期体检中心体检的健康人员90例,作为对照组。比较各组性激素水平及伤口恢复情况。结果:试验组和对照组性激素各项指标水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后性激素水平改善情况优于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组破溃伤口愈合率高于单一组,伤口迁延愈合率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在浆细胞性乳腺炎术后采用中草药汤剂加减疗法,能显著改善性激素水平,有助于术后快速康复。

Objective:To study the effect of Chinese herbal decoction in patients with plasma cellular mastitis after operation.Methods:From October 2018 to July 2020,90 cases of patients with plasma cell mastitis were enrolled as experimental group,they were randomly divided into single group and combined group,with 45 cases in each group.The combined group was treated with modified Chinese herbal decoction combined with cefaclor capsule,while the single group was treated with cefaclor capsule.In addition,90 health people were selected as control group.Sex hormone levels and wound recovery were compared in each group.Results:The sex hormone levels in the experimental group and the control group were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of sex hormone level in the combined group was better than that in the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ulcer wound healing rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group,the prolonged wound healing rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Chinese herbal decoction can significantly improve the level of sex hormones and help the rapid recovery of patients with plasma cell mastitis after operation.
