综合护理干预在尖锐湿疣术后护理中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative nursing of condyloma acuminatum

目的:探讨综合护理干预应用于尖锐湿疣患者术后护理中的临床效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年2月收治尖锐湿疣患者63例,根据护理方案不同分为两组。研究组术后给予综合护理干预;对照组给予围术期常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组术后感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对于护理服务的满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予尖锐湿疣患者术后综合护理干预,可有效降低感染率,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative nursing of patients with condyloma acuminatum.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2020,63 cases of patients with condyloma acuminatum were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the nursing methods.The study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention after operation,while the control group was given perioperative conventional nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The postoperative infection rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with condyloma acuminatum can effectively reduce the infection rate and improve the satisfaction of patients.
