综合营养干预对肝胆胰恶性肿瘤患者化疗后营养状况及生活质量的影响

The effect of comprehensive nutrition intervention on the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignant cancer after chemotherapy

目的:分析综合营养干预对肝胆胰恶性肿瘤患者化疗后营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年2月肝胆胰恶性肿瘤化疗后患者76例,随机分两组,各38例。对照组给予常规营养指导;观察组给予综合营养干预。比较两组患者营养状况和生活质量。结果:观察组干预后各项营养指标水平及生活质量各项评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予肝胆胰恶性肿瘤化疗后患者综合营养干预,可显著改善患者营养状况和生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nutrition intervention on nutritional status and quality of life of patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignant tumors after chemotherapy.Methods:From March 2019 to February 2020,76 cases of hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignant cancer after chemotherapy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nutrition guidance,while the observation group was given comprehensive nutrition intervention.The nutritional status and quality of life of patients between the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the various of nutritional indexes level and the scores of quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nutrition intervention can significantly improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic malignant tumors after chemotherapy.
