集束化护理在血透室护理敏感指标控制中的应用价值及满意度分析

Application value and satisfaction analysis of cluster nursing in nursing sensitive index control of hemodialysis room

目的:研究集束化护理在血透室护理敏感指标控制中的应用价值及满意度。方法:2019年1-6月收治血液透析患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。观察组采用集束化护理方式;对照组采用常规护理方式。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组内瘘针滑脱率、内瘘针渗血率及内瘘针穿刺失败率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在血透室护理敏感指标控制中实施集束化护理,不仅能降低内瘘针滑脱率、内瘘针渗血率、内瘘针穿刺失败率,还能提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the application value and satisfaction analysis of cluster nursing in nursing sensitive index control of hemodialysis room.Methods:From January to June 2019,40 hemodialysis patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 20 patients in each group.The observation group was given cluster nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the slippage rate of internal fistula needle,blood leakage rate of internal fistula needle and puncture failure rate of internal fistula needle were lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of nursing quality and quality of life were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cluster nursing in nursing sensitive index control of hemodialysis room can not only reduce the slip rate of internal fistula needle,blood leakage rate of internal fistula needle,puncture failure rate of internal fistula needle,but also improve patient satisfaction.
