强化健康教育在糖尿病患者社区护理中的应用

Application of strengthening health education in community nursing of patients with diabetes mellitus

目的:分析强化健康教育在糖尿病患者社区护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年5月社区糖尿病患者140例,随机分为两组,各70例。对照组给予常规社区护理;观察组实施强化健康教育。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后血糖指标水平、糖尿病知识掌握程度、生活质量各维度评分与分级情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化健康教育在糖尿病患者社区护理中的正确应用,不仅可以有效改善患者血糖水平,提高对糖尿病知识的认识,同时可进一步提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of strengthening health education in community nursing of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:From February 2019 to May 2020,140 patients with diabetes in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given routine community nursing.The observation group was given strengthening health education.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after nursing,the level of blood glucose index,the mastery of diabetes knowledge,and the scores and grades of quality of life in each dimension were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The correct application of strengthening health education in community nursing of patients with diabetes mellitus can not only effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients,improve the understanding of diabetes knowledge,but also further improve the quality of life of patients.
