介绍新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中,使用分层集中式管理采集咽拭子标本的具体措施和经验。通过成立新型冠状病毒肺炎咽拭子标本采集管理小组,明确其职责,并梳理新型冠状病毒肺炎咽拭子标本采集的目标人群、分区及采集者管理,制定咽拭子标本采集运送流程,措施实施后疫情防控期间无采集及运送人员感染,节约了防护用品使用,从医院管理层面上规范了传染病呼吸道标本的管理。

This paper introduces the specific measures and experience of collecting throat swab samples by stratified and centralized management in the prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia.Through the establishment of novel coronavirus throat swab specimen collection management team,clarify their responsibilities and sort out the target population,division and collector management of throat swab specimen collection in novel coronavirus,develop a collection and delivery process for throat swabs,after the implementation of the measures,no collection and transportation personnel were infected during the epidemic prevention and control period,it saves the use of protective equipment and standardizes the management of respiratory tract specimens of infectious diseases from the level of hospital management.
