摘要
目的:探讨新型冠状病毒感染肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下医院培训工作的重点难点,探索合适有效的培训体系。方法:实地调研疫情下深圳某三级综合医院培训工作中存在的问题及解决途径,总结适宜的培训模式。结果:在系统性多层次培训考核中,医务人员的培训参与率、考核达标率较单纯网络培训考核有明显提高。结论:系统性多层次培训体系在COVID-19疫情中发挥了基础作用,建议后期从加强医务人员"三基"培训考核、定期职业防护培训考核、加强传染病防治知识和突发公共卫生事件预警报告的学习、增加医学教学师资的储备、制定标准培训流程等方面,提高对突发公共卫生事件的应对能力。
Objective:To research the key and difficult points of hospital training and find out a suitable and effective training mode during COVID-19 period.Methods:The problems and solutions in the training of a tertiary general hospital in Shenzhen city were investigated under the epidemic situation,the appropriate training model was summarized.Results:Through systematic multi-level training,the participation rate and qualified rate of medical staff were significantly higher than those of only through network training.Conclusion:Systematic multi-level training system plays a fundamental role in COVID-19 epidemic situation,we suggest that in the later stage,we should strengthen the"three bases"training and assessment of medical personnel,regular organize vocational protection training and assessment,strengthen the knowledge of infectious disease prevention and control and study early warning reports of public health emergencies,increase the reserve of medical teaching teachers and formulate standard training procedures to improve the ability to deal with public health emergencies.
