交通篇:全力构建现代综合交通运输体系

Transportation Make every endeavor to build a modern comprehensive transportation system

围绕国务院《"十三五"现代综合交通运输体系发展规划》赋予青岛的功能定位,按照中共青岛市委提出的"市内畅通、中心城区与各区市畅通、青岛与周边城市畅通、青岛在东北亚等更大范围更高层次上畅通"的目标,青岛全力构建以空港和海港为辐射中心、以高速铁路和高速公路为骨干、与城市交通系统紧密衔接的现代综合交通运输体系,持续巩固提升全国性综合交通枢纽地位。

In accordance with the goal of"smooth transportation within the downtown area,between the downtown area and other districts and county-level cities in Qingdao,between Qingdao and its surrounding cities,and between Qingdao and Northeast Asia and other areas at a larger scope and a higher level",Qingdao spared no effort to build a modern comprehensive transportation system with airports and seaports as the radiation center,high-speed railways and expressways as the backbone,and with close connection with the urban transportation system,so as to continuously consolidate and enhance Qingdao’s status as a national comprehensive transportation hub.In particular,since 2019,sticking to the thinking of"looking at the present in a forwardlooking manner,at Qingdao from a bigger picture,and at transportation from outside the box of transportation",Qingdao has further improved the safe,convenient,efficient and green modern comprehensive transportation system,providing strong support and guarantee for the city’s healthy economic and social development.During the 13^(th)Five-Year Plan period,it is estimated that 109.5 billion yuan is invested in transportation construction,up by 76%over the 12^(th)Five-Year Plan period.
