摘要
高校外语专业学生外语运用能力包括理解和表达两个层面的能力。作为外语专业学生的关键能力,外语运用能力的培养不尽如人意,亟需改进。本文认为要在《国标》和《指南》的指导下,以"传播"理念为基点,通过转变人才培养模式、落实《量表》能力标准、重构教学内容和创新教学手段等途径,增强高校外语专业学生的外语运用能力,以适应中国外语教育从了解外国到传播中国的功能转变,更好地服务国家社会经济发展。
The ability to use foreign language for foreign language major students is defined in terms of comprehension and production.The current situation of cultivating the ability to use foreign language,although a key ability for the students,is unsatisfactory,and needs to be improved.This paper proposes that under the guidance of China National Teaching Quality Standards for the Foreign Language and Literature Major at the Bachelor’s Level and China’s Standards of English Language Ability,we make communication the basic concept,and implement the following measures:transform the teaching mode,meet the requirements of China’s Standards of English Language Ability,develop new teaching materials,and apply new education technology.It argues that in this way the student’s ability to use foreign language is enhanced so as to adapt to China’s foreign language education’s functional transition from learning the world to disseminating China,and better serve the economic development and social progress of the nation.
